FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

For Authors, Reviewers, and Editorial Contributors

1) Why is ORCID iD required for submission?

ORCID authentication during manuscript submission is mandatory. Linking ORCID only in profile settings is not enough. Authors must complete ORCID authentication at the time of each submission.

2) How do I submit a manuscript?

Create an account and submit through the online submission system only. Submissions outside the portal are not processed.

3) What manuscript types are accepted?

Research Articles, Review Articles, Short Communications, and Technical Notes.

4) What review model is used?

All manuscripts are processed through a double-blind peer review system with independent reviewers.

5) How are revision decisions handled?

Authors must submit a point-by-point response to every reviewer comment. The editorial team may request additional review rounds before final decision.

6) Where can reviewers download the Reviewer Certificate?

Reviewer certificates are issued after successful completion of peer review.

  1. Log in to your reviewer account.
  2. Open Dashboard.
  3. Click My Assignments as Reviewer.
  4. Open the completed review (View).
  5. Download the certificate shown at the top of the page.

7) How do authors download the Author Certificate?

Author certificates are issued after the article is officially published. After login, the certificate appears at the top of the author dashboard for download.

8) How can someone join as Reviewer or Editorial Board Member?

Apply using the official Join form. Applications are evaluated based on academic qualifications, subject expertise, and publication record. Only shortlisted applicants are contacted.

9) Who handles login/registration technical issues?

For login issues, password reset, account activation, and profile update errors, contact Technical Support with full name, registered email, and clear issue details.

10) Who handles editorial matters?

For manuscript status, reviewer comments, editorial decisions, revision/correction requests, and publication queries, use the submission dashboard communication thread. Editorial queries sent by email are not considered.
